COPA Consulting Partner GmbH was founded in 1986 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Management Consultants GmbH. It advises clients on all aspects of advertisement-based recruiting in print and online media.

The COPA consultant team works with the client to draw up a requirements profile for each search mandate and is responsible for the wording, design and placement of ads in selected media.

COPA's service spectrum also incorporates the entire portfolio of classic recruiting issues. Upon request, COPA can process the applications received, handle all correspondence, contact suitable applicants, pre-select and interview candidates, obtain qualified references and support the client in choosing the right candidate.
