Education

Holds a degree in Law from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, and passed the 1st and 2nd state law examinations. Registered as a lawyer in 1981.

Professional Career

Thomas Reichwein began his professional career as public prosecutor in Frankfurt and as legal counsel to the Association of the German Chemicals Industry. He then spent more than ten years in leading positions in HR management at Hoechst AG and the Deutsche Bank Group. From 1995 he was Partner and Managing Director at two well known, international executive search firms. He joined Amrop Delta in 2004.

Consulting Practice

At Amrop Thomas Reichwein leads and develops the Real Estate / Real Estate Finance Practice Group. He has profound market knowledge of finance and financial services, as well as the real estate business.

The industrial sector represents another focus of his consulting career, especially the chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries. Furthermore, his legal expertise enables him to support several international law firms.

Personal Interests

Besides sporting activities such as tennis, skiing and golf, Thomas likes to spend time with his family and friends and, time permitting, he enjoys travelling both in Germany and abroad.
