Managing Partner EducationAfter completing a commercial apprenticeship, Stephan graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Germany. Professional CareerStephan Franken started out as a trainee in Thyssen Group and was subsequently offered a position in the sales department. He moved into executive search in 1995. He worked first for ifp in Cologne, then spent almost six years with Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH, where he was appointed Partner in 2000. He joined Amrop Delta in 2004.
