Norbert has worked in a range of functions and industries since 1991, holding posts in the IT, automotive/semiconductors and electrical engineering sectors and working for Siemens Nixdorf, BMW Group, Infineon Technologies and Siemens, among others. He has in-depth practical knowledge of all stages of corporate development (startup, consolidation, restructuring).

Norbert Graschi's most recent post was as a member of the senior management at Siemens AG, where one of his responsibilities was the selection of internal and external employees to fill key positions – as defined by the board – in the group's operating units and corporate functions.
