Education

He holds a Master's degree in History from Hamburg and Venice Universities and completed a banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank in Hamburg, Germany.

Professional Career

Matthias Rodewald started his professional career as a consultant in 1998. He spent the first two years as a research consultant and project manager at Baumgartner & Partner in Munich, then worked as a senior consultant at two well known international executive search firms, where he also held a general power of attorney. He joined Amrop Delta in 2006 and is member and CFO of the Automotive & Industrial practice.

Consulting Practice

Matthias has successfully completed various assignments projects for leading automotive clients (OEM and supplier) and he specializes in the steel industry. He has served a large number of clients in manufacturing, power generation and other related industries as well. In addition he has a proven track record in financial services and in retail. His consulting focus also includes management audits and appraisals.

Matthias serves international clients in particular and he is fluent in English and Italian.
