Professional Career

Manfred Schanz spent 14 years in sales in international IT companies; his last position in the industry was as General Manager for European Sales and Marketing. In 1986 he moved to a well known executive search firm as Partner and Managing Director. He joined Amrop Delta in 1991.

Through his many years in industry and consulting, Manfred has acquired profound market knowledge in the areas of technology & media, transport & logistics, automotive & industrial, as well as professional services. He has a strong network spanning all industries. He also specialises in supporting start-up companies with the recruitment of executives, as well as supervisory and advisory board members.
