Education

Bodo Fritzsche holds a degree in Information Technology from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. He has completed supplementary studies in the areas of Sales, Leadership and Project Management.

Professional Career

Bodo spent several years as a developer at a leading electronics company. He subsequently spent three years working in project management and sales in the IT segment at Siemens-Nixdorf.

He became an executive search consultant in 1994, working at leading international companies in the industry. He worked for Amrop International – Mülder & Partner until 1997, when he moved to Heidrick & Struggles, where he was appointed Principal and Partner. He joined Amrop Delta as a Partner in 2002.

Consulting Practice

He advises well known service and manufacturing companies in the fields of information technology, telecommunications and high-tech, as well as automotive and construction. He also has extensive executive search experience in filling CFO, CIO and corporate communications positions.
