Education

Holds a degree in Business Administration. Arno also holds an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Arno Roess speaks English fluently.

Professional Career

After many years in managerial functions in the mechanical engineering and automotive industries, Arno Roess moved to management consultancy Ward Howell in Munich as a senior consultant. He was then appointed Managing Partner at renowned management consultancy Lachner & Partner in Munich, and later at Human Capital GmbH, also in Munich. He joined Amrop Delta in 2006.

Consulting Practice

Having spent more than 30 years in industry and consulting, Arno has profound market knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, automotive and industry.

Some of the many areas he focuses on include the global search and selection of executives and specialists and the development and execution of management audits and assessment centres.

He also specialises in external benchmark processes, one-to-one coaching at top management level, facilitating and achieving a successful outcome to management problems and corporate conflicts, as well as establishing management development systems and developing and realising new organisational structures.
