Managing Director EducationAnnika Farin holds a degree in Business Administration from the European School of Management (EAP). Took a course of further study in psychology at the London School of Economics. Professional CareerAs a consultant at McKinsey&Company, Annika Farin worked in the consumer goods, trade and services segments. As a project manager, she focused on change management, corporate culture, growth structures and organization across all industries. Annika Farin was subsequently senior vice president for the people and organization division at Infineon AG/Munich and later at Tchibo AG/Hamburg for the corporate human resources division.
