Education

Holds a degree in German and Romance Languages and Literature from the Rheinisch Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn, Germany. Anja also passed the 1st and 2nd state law examinations and has worked as a lecturer at the Universita degli studi di Padova, Italy.

Professional Career

Anja Schelte has been an executive search consultant since 1991. Amongst many other things, she built up and managed the health care group for a leading executive search firm. She joined Amrop Delta in 2002.

Consulting Practice

Within Amrop, Anja Schelte is responsible for our business with hospitals, health insurers and health care service providers, mainly search assignments for senior medical staff and executives in hospitals or management board positions in hospital associations. She also works with a diverse range of other companies. Her long-standing clients include firms from the service sector, such as advertising, facility management and professional services, public sector entities, insurance companies and she also assists the Evangelical and Catholic Churches in their business activities. A further area of specialisation is developing and conducting audit procedures. Anja Schelte has a leading function in the Life Sciences Practice Group.
