In the era of globalization, executive search consultants must offer answers to international issues and national specifics.

With this in mind, Delta Management Consultants GmbH teamed up with other leading executive search consultancies from various countries to found the Hever Group in 1991, which was incorporated into the newly established Amrop Hever Group in 2000.

The name was changed to Amrop in 2010. Delta Management Consultants GmbH now operates under the name of Amrop Delta throughout Germany.

All Amrop companies are independent business entities and are managed by genuine partnerships. And yet the Group is much more than just a loose network. It has a Management Board which centrally sets and monitors quality standards in all important areas, and all offices are electronically linked through the IT system.

Amrop secures our clients the advantages of a globally operating network combined with the flexibility of companies that are each responsible for their own business results and that can address the economic, cultural and social specifics and conditions in the countries in which they operate.
